Before any property appears on this page, a Sciencejournalz agent conducts a physical inspection, verifies land-registry documentation or title deed status with the relevant county office, and runs a comparable-sales analysis against recent transactions in the same neighbourhood. We decline mandates where the asking price is materially unsupported by market evidence, where documentation is incomplete, or where the vendor's expectations cannot be met ethically. The result is a portfolio that you can browse with confidence — knowing that what you read reflects what you will find when you visit.

Yes. We maintain a confidential register of properties whose owners prefer a discreet sale or letting without public advertisement. If your requirements are specific — a particular neighbourhood, plot size, or budget — describe them to us and we will search our off-market inventory on your behalf.
For residential purchases, you will need a valid national ID or passport, proof of source of funds (recent bank statements or a mortgage pre-approval letter), and the contact details of your advocate. For rentals, we typically require two months' pay slips or business accounts, a reference from a previous landlord, and a copy of your KRA PIN certificate.
For sales, our commission is paid by the vendor and does not affect your purchase price. For rentals, we charge the prospective tenant a one-time agency fee equivalent to one month's rent at the time of signing. This is disclosed clearly before any viewing is arranged — there are no hidden charges.
